This aggressively priced tool installs up to 1/4" Magna-grip lockbolts and is capable of installing all lockbolt and blind fasteners used in truck cab bodywork. It is compatible with Huck 202, 210, 212, 244, 2025, 229, 230, Gage Bilt 722, 730, 731 and uses the same 3/4" diameter noses. This kit includes 3/16" & 1/4" Magna-Grip noses used to install cab body panels and a 3/16" C6 nose used to install chrome grill bolts. Plus, this kit includes a 3/16" - 1/4" Magna-Lok blind fastener nose as well.
This robust tool features forged aluminum pneumatic and hydraulic body sections. The pulling piston is made from chrom-moly steel hardened to Rockwell C30. Though manufactured in China, critical seals are sourced from Europe. This tool is suitable for owner operators and small repair shops. It also includes aluminum pneumatic and hydraulic body sections and a composition hand grip. The pulling plunger is made from chrome-moly steel. This tool is manufactured in Taiwan and features western style seals.
This Pneudraulic Riveter has a stroke of 0.55 Inch (14 mm) and a pull capacity of 7,800lb. at 100 psi (35kN at 7 bar). The air pressure range is 70-100 psi (5-7 bar). The power source is 70-100 psi Shop Air and the hydraulic fluid used should be Automatic Transmission Fluid meeting DEXRON III, DEXRON VI, MERCON, Allison C-4 or equivalent. The operating temperature range is 32 to 125 Deg F (0 to 51.7 Deg C). The cylinder diameter is 4.9 Inch (110.62mm). The overall height is 13.7 Inch (350mm), length of head is 8.7 Inch (220mm), and the center to edge measurement is 0.865 Inch (22). The fastener type is 3/16".
