FUNCTION: Add an electric heat strip to your MACH 48xxx & 45xxx Series Air Conditioner or Heat Pump to help take away any unwanted chills. Adds 5,600 BTU heating output to your air conditioner. The heater is an effective “chill chaser”. It is not a substitute for a furnace.
PACKAGE INCLUDED: The 9233A4551 heatstrip assemblies come with a heat/cool thermostat and a two pin heater wire receptacle to facilitate the installation of this accessory. The electric heat kit replaces the OEM part number 9233-4551.
