Rotation direction: the motor looks down at the top of the blade. The ventilation fan motor is of reverse polarity. It is up to you to rotate clockwise or counterclockwise. Just reverse the wires.If it rotates in the wrong direction, just reverse the wires on the motor.
Usage method:Just connect the fan to the motor switch, then connect the switch to RV, make sure the wires are black to black and connect the other wires together, pull the central part of the blade down the shaft and push the blade central hub back to the new motor shaft.
